I hate writing these :P I am a pretty big nerd. I love Firefly, Community, Battlestar Galactica, Steins;Gate, Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood and Doctor Who. Movies? I tend to gravitate toward quirky, indie, geeky films or movies that make you think. I don't like action movies, unless it has a decent plot.I am a professional web developer and I love my job. It is probably the first time I've ever felt like my work is going noticed in the workplace, and it forces me to learn and grow everyday. Someday, I want to go to school and get into rehabilitation engineering, making smart prosthetics for accident victims. Long way off, but that goal is there.I sometimes have a hard time starting conversations, whether or not I know the person, but once one is started, I love to keep it moving. I am very much a verbal thinker, and need someone to talk things out with when something is bothering me. I am very open, both about my current life, and my past. I am looking for someone who is the same. When an issue arises, I like to take care of it, not let it sit for days or weeks.I am looking for someone I really connect with. Someone who likes being nerdy, enjoys cuddling up to a good movie or show, and who is willing to see life's beautiful and various colors through another person's eyes.I recently resigned from the LDS church due to doctrinal concerns. I hold nothing against it's members, I just found myself outside of their beliefs. I am humanistic, truth-seeking, open-minded, and willing to adopt new ideas, but most importantly I want to be good toward others. I strongly believe in the potential any and all human beings possess, and am pleasantly surprised every day at the generosity and altruism of the human race.I am very close to my family. My dad is one of my biggest heroes. If I could be half the man he is, I'd be doing very well for myself. I very often hang out with my siblings, mostly just to shoot the shiz and relax.     I believe that every day is an adventure and life gives us an infinite amount of possibilities everyday, how it turns out is up to us. I love the outdoors. Nature is my Temple.
