I love life, my children, my family, and my friends. I'm a very happy person who can have a good time wherever I go. I believe every situation is what you make of it! The true test of someone's character is not what happens to you in life, but how you choose to handle it. I am a very honest, trustworthy, loyal, generous, affectionate and loving person. It can't be described, but we all know it and are here in search of it! The spark! I was a Navy submarine wife for 17 years, so I know how to be independent. And no, my children don't need a father either, they have a dad who loves them and lives nearby. I coached junior Olympic competitive gymnastics for 10 years and I really love working with kids, it's the greatest pleasure to coach kids and help them meet their goals! It's such a thrill. I really miss it, but I am thoroughly enjoying my free time! I love concerts, baseball games, pretty much any kind of social activity. I'm a big Yankees fan (sorry, but they do have the cutest players). I love cooking and entertaining, especially in the summer at my pool with friends and margaritas! Call me old fashioned, but I like it when the man plans the date.

I don't smoke around non-smokers that I'm with unless there's an emergency and I have to have one! But that's rare! I suppose somewhere quiet so we can talk and get to know each other. But if for some reason we meet somewhere unfamiliar and there is loud music,, I'd just go with it and see what happens. I try to be open minded and go with the flow.
