Before entering Business College, I went to Cosmetology School, was a Licensed Manicurist, and sang in Rock bands, since the age of 15, but I also enjoy Alternative, Blues, Pop, Soul, Jazz, R&B, Reggae, and some Country, but I am not a fan of Rap or Hip Hop. I have many favorite bands, both old school and new school. I was raised by a Country Musician, and always surrounded by family members performing country music at home or on stage, but I chose to perform in Rock bands *** have also worked in Fitness, Retail Sales, Casino's, and the Restaurant/Bar/Club Industry as a Bartender, Waitress, and Singer, but I am not singing anymore. I know how to cut and color hair, but I am not a licensed Hairdresser; I also know how to give facials, massages, mani's/pedi's, and sculpture Acrylic Nails. I've attended several community college courses throughout my life, both full-time and part-time, simply to stimulate my mind, and learn new things. I am a Mother, but my son is an adult now, and living on his own with his wife and daughter; yes, that means I have become a Grandma already, and she looks just like me. I was a single mother who raised my son on my own since he was 10 months old; therefore, I know all about dealing with kids. If you have children, that's fine with me, because I love kids, I think they're great fun, hilariously funny, and very special. I know children can be challenging, but they must be respectful, as I would be to them. **I'm seeking a healthy, happy, committed, long term relationship with a Caucasian man.** I'm ready to settle down with that "Special Someone" who is the "real deal". Honestly, I have been on and off this site a zillion times. I was married for 20 years and have been divorced for 4. I had no idea what dating at this time in life would be like - I was NOT prepared. I was used to being the mom and wife and I was good at it. I knew my role and how things were supposed to go - this single, dating thing - I still don't get it. Here is what I do know. I don't want to grow old alone. I want a companion to share my life with. I want to find someone who is as curious and interested in knowing everything about me as I am about them. Someone who listens as much as he talks. Someone who knows what he is feeling and thinking and, if he feels it is important, says it straight forward and lets the chips fall where they may. Someone who let's it go when we agree to let it go. Someone who is a stand up guy - who cares about the less fortunate and doesn't need to put others down to feel good about himself. Someone who's eyes aren't constantly scanning the room when I am sitting there looking for the next shiny nickel and keeping his options open by NOT deleting his online profile when he is telling me I'm the one he wants to be with or constantly online when we supposedly have a great first few dates and seem to be hitting it off, if we aren't and I am confused then just stop telling me differently, I am a big girl and can handle the let down cause I'm probably on the fence about you too but am going to give you a chance before I line up the next 10.... anyone out there getting this yet?My apologies if I appear a bit jaded but guys there are many of you out there who are not very cool. They treat good women like me crappy and make it harder for you authentic, caring, loyal, honest, real men to find the good women who do exist out here.
