I find it helpful to go on a walk, bikeride or do some joint activity that isn't focused on each other intensely. I think short is good initially, unless both people are comfortable and want to lengthen the activity.

I very much enjoy going to the gym and working out. I try to workout ***daysl/week. My friends tell.me I'm funny, I do try. I find that most situations can be handled with a little bit of humor.
