About Me

I am looking for someone who makes me laugh, I don't need a comedian, but stimulating, witty, and maybe even a bit on the sarcastic side would be nice. I want friendship and romance, all in one. I am pretty down to earth, independent, and willing to try new activities. In the summer, I love hanging out on the beach, or pool side, cookouts, and hanging with friends and family. I am just as happy at a back yard bbq, or a pub, as I am fine dining. I enjoy going out to eat or hanging at home and cooking together.I picked up golf a couple of years ago and have a blast with that. I also started cross fit and although the gym is not my favorite place to be, I love this class. My goal is the Tough Mountain Challenge, I think it would be fun, challenging, and my competitive side will be tested. Just started running and signed up for my first 5k... it is something that I have always wanted to do, now I am committed! My goal is to start getting my kids into more outside activities as a family, my kids are very active in sports, but I am trying to find more fun, outside activities for us to do together. It would be great to find someone who is looking for the same sort of thing, and doing family activities. Don't get me wrong, I have lots of free time without my kids, but when I do have them, I want to find things to do with them.

    I enjoy the simple things cookouts, flea markets, long drive to no where.     So tired of all the games that r played on these sites. But a friend suggested i try this one. ....im a very open person. At times the filter between my brain and mouth doesnt work very well. If i think it, i speak it. I know what i want as much as i know what i donot want. Im not looking for someone to take care of me, i can do that on my own. Im looking for someone who is down to earth and knows how to treat others. I believe in treating the one i am with like he is my equal and showing him how much he means to me. I believe in taking care of myself, i.e. dressing appropriately for the occasion, my hair and makeup are done when i leave the house, i usually have my nails done, and ive recently started back to the gym. No, im not high maintenance, but i do believe if i can do these things for myself, then im going to. I can be classy, yet be just as comfy wearing sweats with my hair thrown up. Im just me, and its worked for me thus far. I try not to be judgemental, but that can be hard at times. Im 100% czechoslovakian, and that fire in me really comes out when it comes to my children/grandchildren. I hold those that i care for fiercely close and they are my number one concern. I guess im looking for that one who can take my breath away...i will know it when he comes along! That first "date" can be so awkward, which is why i like to get to know someone via phone calls/texts first before we do the meeting thing. You can actually find out alot about each other during a conversation if you just listen.
