I may seem shy when you first meet me. But get to know me and you might bring out my silly fun-loving side. I have lived here most of my life. I LOVE the mountains. I grew up going camping & fishing a lot. A good campfire is awesome. I love animals, especially dogs & horses. I like going for walks with my dogs, and through the botanic gardens. I enjoy photography, going to the mountains, hanging out with friends, listening to live music, dancing, movies, going out to dinner, or just relaxing at home in front of the TV. Holy shit! I have a 20 year old...Running my own business that allows me lots of time to explore other things.I'm the chair of the stewardship and fundraising committee at a kooky, left wing church. I am not at all religious but quite spiritual.I volunteer at CAMH, co-facilitating a skills/support group for parents of teens with severe emotion dysregulation.In the next five years I hope to buy a place in the country and gradually get to a point where I spend half my time there.I recycle and compost but every once in a while, when the fridge gets really bad, I will just dump it all in the garbage...I read a lot of non-fiction. I really enjoy books about spirituality and also sex, I read a lot of books about sex. Both theory and practical... in terms of fiction I mostly read dramas...I also enjoy a trashy magazine (people, us) from time to time.I love going to small intimate performances (cabaret, plays, music, comedy shows)I like all kinds of food and I'm a pretty great cook. I don't eat out very often and I try to focus on eating mostly fresh and healthy food.I don't like eggplant!I think that meeting in person is the best way to really get a sense of each other so let's do that right away :) Just a casual face to face to see if we want to get to know each other a bit more.
