I am an independent, professional female looking to get out and enjoy life a little. Positive, laid back and patient, I enjoy doing most anything if the company is good. I enjoy learning about people and learning new things. I love going to the beach,travel, festivals,camping,sporting events, concerts, and backyard BBQ's.Love weekend getaways, even if its the next town over... finding the local flair and enjoying what is offered.Although I am comfortable in most any atmosphere, black tie to roughing it, I prefer an atmosphere that is laid back, as opposed to glamour and the "in crowd"- that gets old fast. Although I love to feel like a woman and be girly, I am far from a high maintenance kind of girl. I am open minded and respect others differences and beliefs. I would like you to be the same. I think of it as souveniers of a life well lived.I am a little shy at first until I get to know you. Many people have described me as a good listener and someone they can freely talk to. Think quiet school teacher :) I do, however, love a good conversation and enjoy hearing another's thoughts, even if they are different from my own.Physically, I never know how to describe because physical traits are in eye of beholder. I would say I am a little on the chunkier side, but I am not obese. Some men find me very physically attractive, and some, I am not their cup of tea. As we age, its always a constant battle to improve ourselves,but I am comfortable with myself, one way or the other. I only add this part because I do not want to be misleading. I have spent a large part of my life trying to make a difference in the lives of children.
