I am an open book once you have my attention yet a little reserved while I am figuring you out. I am sarcastic, and I'm a little bit of a wise ass. I am outgoing, and extremely curious which can be a very interesting combination with the right person. I believe a sense of humor is a MUST to survive any relationship, you have to be able to make one another. I am Italian/Irish, which means I am a great cook and could drink you under the table if the challenge should present itself. ;-) kidding I'm a light weight but I do have competitive side.My family and friends would sum me up by saying I'm the nutty one (at times Hehe) a thoughtful person, loyal, trusting, dependable and a bit of a caretaker, I can be honest to a fault. I take the responsibilities in my life seriously but always make time to enjoy life.What am i looking for here, well dating is fine, but I prefer the stability that can only come with a committed relationship, but I am certainly in no rush to compromise my standards and values just to be with somebody. Hopefully I won't be on this site much longer, serial dating isn't my thing, so to speak. I'm well over the out every night got to be in the bar/club scene. That's kid stuff at this point. I appreciate men, not boys. There is quite a difference.If you don't mind a chick who will rock combat boots, wear her hair in pigtails, can be a little sassy, has a flare for creating her own swear words, isn't afraid to speak her mind, then you just hit the mother load of chicks!Fine print: if it takes us 50 messages back and forth to make plans to meet most likely I will lose interest in you pretty quickly. I feel in person meetings are the only way to know if someone is going to be a good match. No sense of wasting one another's time if the animated version is not what you had in mind. Something casual, a quick up and go situation in case we don't have an interest we can make an easy get away.

    Okay...I've had to revise my profile as I seem to be attracting the wrong kind of men! Let me start by saying, PLEASE don't message me if all you want is to see pics of me in a bikini or send me pics of you with your shirt off (amongst other things)!Here goes...My friends would describe me as kind, genuine, honest, happy, simple, affectionate, witty, humorous, sarcastic...if you want to know more, just ask!I am a pretty simple person, I never listen to AM radio although I have actually programmed all the AM stations in my car, I don't collect anything although I've always wanted to...just not sure what, I preform random acts of kindness...that may have been me ahead of you in the drive thru when you found out the girl ahead purchased your coffee ;! I don't snore, I carry a bottle of water with me everywhere, my BlackBerry is my computer but it is not attached at my hip, I am grammatical although sometimes I like to make up my own words, I sometimes kiss with my eyes open, I sleep with my sox on, I love red wine although I cannot pick a good one from a bad one, I sleep on the side furthest away from the door so the burglar will grab the 'other guy' first :P I do not plan my life around TV shows, I LOVE affection, I carry my second car key on the same key ring as my first key, my favourite food really is broccoli and if you can't take playful sarcasm then you need to move on :DOn a seriouser (another made up word) note, I am family oriented and there is not an occasion or function that I would miss! Although we are polar opposites, my sister is my best friend. I have a 15 year old son, and, look out boys...he is 6'4! I am not materialistic, but my preference is to date someone 6' or taller as I wear heels all the time. I love going for drives, traveling, love going out on a Saturday night to dance but am just as happy going to a pub to watch the game or staying in with a glass of red :)So...if you'd like to know more, just ask me! Just about anything can turn into a first date. Something simple, coffee, red wine (both?!)...not into the movies on a first date, I am a talker and have no trouble carrying a conversation.

    I love all types of music and try to go to any concert that sparks my interest......nothing beats seeing your favourite band and realizing they sound better live than they do on CD.....Fantastic! Love to read and watch movies in my spare time. Go to the gym to relieve stress and stay healthy. I could spend hours browsing through a bookstore while sipping a Starbucks coffee. A night out for me is enjoying some red wine or sharing sushi with friends. Life gets pretty serious at times so I've learned to enjoy the simple things and the people in my life. Coffee, browsing through a bookstore, checking out the latest music at a store....not on itunes, seeing a live local band
