I've been here in NC for almost 9 years now and really like it here...for now. I'm a nurse and work with sick/premature babies. A little about me? I'm honest almost to a fault. I'm a big travel/vacation nut; however, I haven't had a true vacation in a long time now. It's hard to do when you're single and nearly all your friends are married with kids. I'm a sucker for a motorcycle, and a man who has one. Probably because I was basically raised on the back of one. If you have a motorcycle AND tattoos?? Well...:)I'm looking for someone who is smart, funny, ambitious, kind, romantic, spontaneous. Someone who takes care of himself, likes to travel, and would enjoy some of the things I do. Someone who will make time and room for me in his life, and treat me with respect. As I will for him. Someone who I can be comfortable enough with and trust enough to let him know me and who I am, as well as showing me who he is and what makes him "tick". Someone who knows how to love and will accept love in return. Someone who is affectionate and not afraid of some PDA. Hi everyone!Well, I'm not really sure what to put here, but no one really reads these things anyway, do they? I like to meet new people, but sometimes I can be kind of quiet until you get to know me. I do consider myself pretty laid back, but I love to laugh and can sometimes have a pretty sarcastic sense of humor that can rear its head when I least expect it. Right now I am more of a homebody, because most of my friends are married and I'm not much for the bar scene or sitting at a bar trying to meet people by myself. I do have a bucket list with several travel destinations listed, and hope to soon start checking some of those destinations off my list. I am somewhat of a sports nut, and enjoy a really close game (with my team winning of course). Besides watching sports I enjoy painting, reading, trying different restaurants, going to movies in the theater or watching them at home, taking walks through small towns and discovering treasures, going to craft shows, fairs, pretty much anything that gets me outside - especially in the summer. I enjoy a comfy pair of jeans but I like to dress up for a romantic evening also.What am I looking for? Well, ultimately I hope to meet that one person that I can grow old with.
