I would describe myself as caring, compassionate, outgoing, and determined. My friends and family are a huge part of my life. Bonus points if you pay attention to the little things, like opening doors, walking me to my car, etc. Ideally, I would like to meet someone who likes to go out on the town for dinner and drinks once in awhile, but who is also willing to pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy a quiet evening with me at home. Looks are not everything, but they are important to an extent. I prefer a man who takes pride in his appearance, is put together, and takes care of himself. I love a guy who is serious when he needs to be, but who can also let loose and be a little silly at times. I would like to meet someone who will make time for me in his life, who understands how to put effort into a relationship, and who has his priorities in check. While I think it's important to maintain your own interests in a relationship, spending time together and attending family functions and events with friends is something that is important to me. I'd love to meet a guy who has a good head on his shoulders and is driven when it comes to his career, but who knows how to balance things out. I am a 31-year- I tend to be quiet until I get to know a person.I enjoy cooking & baking!! I would like to start selling my baked goods around the holiday season. I enjoy listening to most kinds of music except Old Country and Rap but I'm willing to give anything a second, third or one hundredth time.I don't want to hide who I am so I'm being 100% honest. I'm a double leg amputee and would finally like to find someone would can look past my wheelchair and focus on what I can do and not what I can't. If you are a "Legs Man" than I'm definitely not the one for you. LOL I truly hope/believe that there is someone out there who can/will look past my physical issue & see that I'm a "regular" woman wanting to be loved. Family means a lot to me!! Whether small or large I make an appearance 90%+ of the time at family gatherings. I may not have hundreds of friends but the friends I do have I consider them all "best friends!" My "babies" are Jack Russells & by my side the majority of time. I am the fifth generation on the family farm. I love having that connection to my family's history. My favourite memories are sitting around the campfire and listening to my relatives point to an area & describe how the landscape & buildings looked and changed over the years. I would love to be able to do that with the sixth generation. I like the idea of planning something together that we would both enjoy doing. There is also something to be said about a guy taking charge in planning the first date that is very romantic.
