I'm an independent hard working single mom (14yr old daughter) who is proud of how far I've come on my own. I own my own home and car. I work in the medical field (and run a house cleaning and dog sitting business on the side) but my heart is in real estate. One day I hope to flip houses and own an animal rescue. My favorite tv channel is HGTV and I love looking for new decorating ideas. I love laying in the sun, preferably on a beach and am not fond of snow. I would love to find my best friend in life and see where it goes (not looking to get married tomorrow....but maybe in the future if I find that special someone) I like men with manners who knows how to treat a woman (are those really still out there?) Men who know how to fix things are a real turn on and it shows me they are self sufficient and not a helpless mommy's boy. Lol. A bit about me...I am an accountant, gym rat, runner, and yogi. I have made a couple accomplishments this year that I am pretty proud of... I dabble in painting, furniture rehabbing, and gardening/yard work. I like to have a creative outlet. I also enjoy taking on big or small projects to have that feeling of accomplishment and to stay busy...I love it!! I can't wait for this fall and the festivities. I am signed up for the Thanksgiving Pie Run. I'm sure I will find some other fun...can't wait to find out what's going on in this area. Hitting some concerts this winter would be on my to do list, as well. Otherwise, I mainly work and workout. I hope to cut down on the working out though, and just enjoy life. I found myself overtraining and not relaxing enough the past couple years. I would love to do some traveling around the US and abroad...! I should probably visit there first, but I just what it has to offer from watching HGTV. Yeah, I am a bit of a sucker for HGTV and Project Runway. I love music...I can get into just about any genre. I enjoy wine and beer tastings...bon fires, local events, cards (poker)... I have been thinking I would like to learn to ride a motorcycle. I love being a passenger...it's so liberating!! I know that's a lot about what I do, but to find out more, like my personality and relationship type, you'll just have to get to know me. This bio writing thing is not something I am really into...I would rather just go on a relaxed chill date and talk it out... Coffee, dinner, working out, leisurely bike ride or hike, darts/pool/bocce ball, chill at a pool...something where we can get to know each other with no pressure and just relax...this should be fun, right!!

Not real good at coming up with things like this. I am very low maintenance so if you are looking for someone who looks perfect I am not the one. I am not afraid to laugh at myself and I generally have plenty of opportunities to do so. In a perfect world I would be meeting someone through friends and we would know each other casually at first (I am not a fan of dating, so stressful)!!!! But, it isn't perfect, so here I am. I don't really know what to put on here. I work hard to take care of my son so if you are having trouble taking care of just yourself, please don't apply. No offense, but if I am able to take care of two people on my own, I probably will not be as attracted to you if you are blatantly unable to take care of yourself. Having a kid has REALLY put some things into perspective for me. No, you don't need to drive the latest model car, or have a house, but you need to be able to afford to take care of the necessities.I had a conversation with someone and we came up with this.....everyone is at least ***% crazy. You just have to find the person who can handle your ***%. We were laughing at the time but it is kinda true!! Something easy and low key. I don't want to make a big production of something that is so stressful for me anyway. I have issues with guys that I don't know buying/paying for me. Not a feminist thing, I just feel like everything is more casual that way. Weird, I know! I don't even like guys buying me drinks at a bar which is what a guy is "supposed" to do! Haha!Whoops, this was supposed to be about a first date and I kinda started telling stuff that should go in my profile. Oh well.
