Looking to find someone to laugh with and enjoy spending time with. I am a silly kind of person that can laugh until i cry almost everyday. I like to find the humor in life. I'm not complicated, i don't have drama with ex's. I'm pretty down to earth. I own a home and car, have a job i love and do freelance work on the side. I would say i have all i need in life except someone to share it with. I am not looking to hook up or date someone with lot's of drama. I feel that at our age we should all be past that. I look at my parents relationship and think that they got it right. I would love to find that kind of relationship. I love my animals, 1 dog and 2 cats. So if you are allergic, we are not a match. I enjoy my "me" time where i can paint and chill, but also like to socialize with friends and go out. I am very independent and think that it sometimes hinders my chance for relationships. some men don't like that in women, but once you get to know me you will see how caring and laid back i am.I love to travel and would like to meet someone who isn't afraid to explore different places with me. tons more after that, but i am planning to do the europe trip in the next year or so. I have a love for all things art related. I love to paint, here is one of my recent paintings: *** is very inspiring to me as well. I like most types of music. I have the BEST family in the world and my parents are the nicest people you will ever meet. I am the youngest of ***boys and me). I enjoy spending time with all of my family and love weekend family getaways (the boys golf and the women cook and talk). So if you golf and like to eat we will be a good match, lol. I love baby sitting my nieces and teaching them how to draw. I am looking for someone who compliments me rather than makes me who i am. I am constantly growing as a person and i like to research and learn as much as i can about as many subjects as i can. Why wouldn't you want to soak up as much knowledge as you can. Everything is so interesting and i want to know about/experience it all.I made a decision 4 years ago to not drink anymore (no not an alcoholic) this was the best decision i have ever made. I feel that i am more genuine and care more about the people around me. I think it was hindering me making real connections with people, more bar friends than real friends. But i like to go out to bars and hang out, and don't think everyone else should quit because i did. I think people watching is great especially when the people are drinking! ha. Some of the things i like are:Camping / Tubing down the river (relaxed not sport)tailgating at brewers games / packers gamesCooking for people and have dinner parties or BBQ's. Going out with friends and making sure they get home safe (DD). Watching scary movies (this is something i would like to be able to share with someone i date, all my girl friends are to scared)Designing and redesigning my house..... and then building/renovating it. Love to paint and draw. Oil paint and acrylic. I'm constantly in the middle of reading at least 3 books at a time and also love audible. Watching/Listening to TED talks.I like special effects makeup and love to go all out on halloween.     It's kinda funny to have to pick one word to describe yourself using a list of very random preselected adjectives! Just to clarify, I had to land on "crafty" as it was the best of the bunch for me. I do like to come up with the perfect, unique gift to give someone on Christmas, I enjoy making the most out of a sunny day, I love planning vacations or just a gathering of friends, and I enjoy making something out of nothing. So, I guess these are a few things that make me crafty. I don't have a room dedicated to scrapbooking, and I don't own a hot glue gun - so some may not consider me crafty at all. You can be the judge!- this incredible city - from STL a couple years ago for work, and now that I'm settled in my career and life here, I'm ready to share that with someone. I think a perfect first date would have to be something like an outdoor concert or watching a game.
