Like most in our 40’s... I’.. lived fast and loved hard... worked too much and slept too little... and still have a soft spot for 80’s rock ballads. The early chapters were all about the quest for strength, wisdom and independence… so I’ve learned to be handy on the tools and renovated my own home… rode horseback in the mountains and my Harley across the country, relocated for work and spent some years having more coffee than sleep… loved, laughed and cried along the way and wrote a book of poetry about it.
