I'm at that point of my life where I'm ready to begin my" life "I'm a single mom of 5 children and the last one goes off to college next month.I've been single by choice for 13 years now. My most fun times are hanging out with friends, either at home, or out listening to live music. I'm brutally honest, and would appreciate the same in a date. There's no reason not to be truthful. I love getting my hands in the dirt gardening. That doesn't mean I love all types of yardwork ;)I enjoy travelling, but haven't had much opportunity to do it.My daughter is 16, and the most incredible person I've ever known. She makes me feel good about myself, just knowing I helped raised such a wonderful young person. Her father and I have an amicable relationship and she's with me half the time. I'm also crazy about my pets. I have 2 dogs, and 2 cats. So you must be able to deal with the critters. I think a good first date would have to be a quick drink and the option to add onto that with dinner if things go well. You really don't know if there's a real spark until you meet and see, face to face, if there's any real chemistry.
