Update! Divorce is under way finally! Complete in 10 weeks!! Wooohoooo! Finally no more limbo! Hello there. First of all I love to laugh and enjoy dry humor and witty banter very much. Laughter is a bit of a "must have" in my life. I consider myself a very kind ,caring, compassionate person. I can have fun in most situations and with many types of people. I truly love my work and take great pride in doing it well. A few of my favorite things! :) I love Conformation Dog shows and have a Champion Afghan Hound and a Champion in the making. :) It would be wonderful to have someone in my life that could appreciate this with me and travel wirh me to shows across the country. My dogs are a very important part of my life.I enjoy museums, love art of any kind be it musical/visual/etc., collect artisan made pottery, I love music-many kinds but listen to Pop/rap/hip hop/RB the most, antiques antiquing, collecting antique furniture/teapots/majolica, sketching/oil painting, walks, movies, reading and have always dreamed of travel. (I haven't gotten to travel much at all, but plan to change that as soon as I can!) I love spending time with my friends and family. What I'm looking for.... Hmmmmm.. Someone who knows what they want, someone who isn't afraid to make a decision and plan an evening for me, someone who will enjoy being in a committed relationship and embrace the wonderful parts of it along with the momentary struggles for what they are, a chance to make the relationship stronger and our connection deeper. Someone who enjoys having a woman who wants to take care of them, as well as truly enjoys taking care of me. Someone to laugh with, go out with, stay in and cuddle watching a movie with. Someone I connect with and have chemistry with. I want passion and happiness. Someone who can appreciate a woman that is curvy and womanly, not skinny. Honesty and loyalty to one another. I want a man who enjoys talking with me, being together. I don't need to be constantly entertained to enjoy being with someone. I also lived many years without chemistry or passion. Alright I’ll just admit it, yes on OCCASION I have been known to have my blonde moments. However, I like to view that as me just being a trustworthy kind of person. A very strong value, and one that I hope I display to my daughter, is to treat people the way you want to be treated. As I'm sure everyone does, I love to laugh and hope that the person I meet has a sense of humor. I love doing things outdoors. I’ve been riding my bike to work for the last 12 yrs and will pick that over metro any day! I work out most days in our gym at work. Absolutely love to stay active but also love a cozy night at home in the pj’s watching a movie, reading a good book or snuggling with someone special. I'm a morning person. I’ve inherited the family gene of competitiveness. If I think I have a chance to beat you in something watch out………..it’s ON! Don’t worry I’ll tell you you did a great job in losing to me!;-) I love going on hikes with the dog and exploring. My biggest downfall…sweets! When I first meet people I am quiet and kind of on the shy side but I open up more as I get to know you. Once I do feel comfortable around you I tend to have a sarcastic sense of humor. I'm originally from NJ which mean I'm a Giants fan!! FYI - if you're a Cowboys fan hopefully you have a ton of great qualities that will make up for that mistake in your life...lol. I do prefer a guy to be at least 5'10.My family is my biggest blessing. I only wish they lived closer! But one piece is missing and that’s someone to grow old with and enjoy the second half of my life with. I would prefer to meet someone that lives close by to me. I am a single mom and if my daughter suddenly gets a play date it would be nice if you lived close by so we could get together.
