If I could get the Mini's top down, I'd drive in the rain with it wide open! Although not necessarily impulsive, I do 'just go' with minimal planning. Generally speaking, I'm fearless and fierce-in the cool way, compassionate and confident, grace-filled and grateful for where my path has taken me! I’m 44 and loving it! I love cooking and eating. While I take a lot of stuff seriously in life, I like to have fun and not take myself so seriously! I like to laugh until I cry at ridiculous jokes and have been known to snarf & snort as well. Outside of the basics that everyone should be expecting, here's what I'm looking for: someone who has that "fire inside"--has an inner energy and confidence that's not about the ego; someone who can argue passionately for what he believes with kindness in his eyes, someone who is not jealous; someone who makes me grin from the other side of the room; someone who can bring me to my knees when his hand slides into the small of my back; someone not intimidated by a strong woman who can rock out to AC DC but loves Neil Diamond. I like to balance my work by having fun with engaging, intelligent, adventuresome, stable people. If a romantic relationship develops, great. If not, that's great, too. I prefer to hang out with people who are not shy, are open about their opinions, like to debate, are not afraid of an intelligent woman who likes an occasional cigar and believes in having two bourbons available: one for sippin' and one for "those" days! I don't fit into any box of how most people think others 'should' be. My life and lifestyle are incredibly unique. I'm the most blessed person on the planet and bring that to others in a rather extraordinary fashion. Although how I live and what I do don't really require belief, they do require a special kind of support that I need in a partner. I do not, however, associate myself with any faith or belief system. I experience the world and move through it in a way most people don't. If you would be embarrassed to tell friends, mom or minister that you're seeing a cool 'healer-chick', we're not a good match. What I do is who I am and it sometimes requires moving through conflict zones to work and play. I'm proficient at things that go bang, like driving fast, hate the top sheet tucked in, am too lazy to regularly wear make-My rules to live by: Be nice. Breathe. That's it. Life is too short for anything more complicated. I forgot to add this: Coffee isn't a date. Wine is. When it comes to dating, I'm kind of old fashioned. Dinner, drinks, maybe an activity before or after. For me, movies are a bad choice for a date. And coffee just isn't a date.
