Hmmmm..what to say! Well, first off, I am a single mom of 3 boys ages 22,17, and 12 and I have 2 grandchildren ages 4 and 1. I work at a long term healthcare facility and have been employed there for 8 years. I hope to further my education and enroll in college courses after the 1st of the year, however, I am currently trying to decide if I want to further my nursing career or become an attorney. As for me, the kind of person I am, what I like, dislike, etc.....I am just a simple country gal, nothing fancy about me, I am most comfortable in a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and boots. Will wear a dress to church, but ain't too fond of it at all :) I believe myself to be a good person, I try to be good to folks and treat them the way I would want to be treated. I am honest, sincere, and not into playing games with other peoples lives and emotions. I despise lies and deception and have a strong dislike for folks who use others for personal gain. I believe in and love my heavenly father above and am thankful for the many blessings he has so graciously given me, even when I didn't deserve it. Things I enjoy doing include: spending time with my boys and grandchildren, going to the movies, camping, dancing, hunting, fishing, shooting pool, will sing a little karaoke every once in a while, bowling, and sometimes just building a fire in the back yard, listening to some music, eating oysters, and just relaxing. I would like to find that special someone I am meant to share the rest of my life with, however, I am not in a rush to just jump into a relationship, nor am I interested in jumping in bed with anyone. I am not that kinda gal, so if that's what your looking for, you can look right on past me. I want to take time to really get to know someone, see if we are compatible, and build from there. I am not desperate and will not settle for less than what I am looking for in a relationship. I am comfortable in my life and have realized that being alone is not near as bad as....wishing you were. I really don't know what else to say about me. I guess if your interested in knowing more, just ask and I will be glad to tell ya. My idea of a first date would be to possibly go out to eat somewhere, we could talk and get to know eachother a little better and see if there may be a spark of interest there to build on. If so, then maybe go for a walk in the park, or on the beach or by the lake somewhere and continue to just simply talk and find out even more about eachother. I honestly am not a picky person and I don't have just one set way that I believe would be a perfect first date. I really don't go anywhere or get out too much. I just work, come home and take care of lifes day to day stuff. So I am open to suggestions for a first date.
