I am a single mother of three older children, well two are pretty much adults, my oldest is 22 and married, the middle one is 17 then my youngest is 14. I also have the cutest granddaughter. (Slightly biased). So I now have the time to myself that I can put effort into finding that person who can sweep me off my feet. I am currently starting my career over, as I have just finished my BA degree in Psychology. So I am currently looking for employment that will utilize this degree. More about my personality, I am outgoing, fun, caring. I am an outdoor enthusiast. I have a food allergy that can be quite difficult to find places to eat out, it is black pepper and iodine, so I cook. You could say that I alway have my nose in a book, I must have ***books at a time that I am currently reading. Anything from romance to murder mystery to self help and I have way more cook books than any one person needs :) I love traveling, I would love to do a whole lot more traveling now that my kids are older and I am not tied down as much.I too enjoy my coffee in the mornings, hot coco maybe with a little peppermint schnapps I the cold winter evenings, nice hot tea in the afternoons or iced. The first meet could be a coffee, nice and casual to get a sense of whether the first date is the next step. As a hopeless romantic a first date would consist of dinner, drinks, and maybe a nice after dinner stroll in the park.
