Although I am the inquisitive type, fun must be apart of the equation I seek. I do not do boring well! I am an incredibly high energy person who leads a very full and active life. I like many genres, but some of my favorites include, and they vary, sixties, eighties (not cheesy pop but new wave), Brit and Indie Rock, and my all time favorite...house music. Yes, I love electronic music which in turn brings the dance on. I am looking for someone who is willing to share in intellectual conversation, yet let their guard down and be a bit silly. I desire someone well rounded, who doesn't take themselves too seriously...someone with a sense of humor. I think first dates are about chemistry. It should be fun! Don't make the first date so serious, and perhaps there will be date number two. It is all about the experience, so I hope I can learn a bit about my date and vise versa. Dinner is always nice, but I would be happy simply going out for drinks. Remember, it is not a commitment...just a meeting.

Love to laugh and have fun. I absolutely love music (I worked in the industry for years) and will listen to anything except crap and country. Love going to the theatre (both plays and musicals). I'm pretty active - every few months I feel the need to run a half-- but there are plenty of times I'm just as happy to flop out by a pool or sleep in. Love to travel and if I had my way, I'd take a year off and do just that. I have a great sense of humor. I like to laugh but not at the expense of other people. I grew up in Bermuda which shaped a lot of who I am (English and island influences growing up, mixed with an Irish American mom and English dad). I like to go out and have a good time but I'm not a huge drinker. I like the occasional Pimm's or champagne but I'm not the one who lines up shots at the bar. I'm very independent but I have a circle of close friends and family that mean the world to me. My approach to life is more 'live and let live' than 'my way or the highway'. What I'm Looking For...Looking for someone who can carry an interesting conversation and has a great sense of humor. Preferably 5'10" or taller (sorry, I'm 5'***" and if I'm wearing heels, I don't want to tower over you). You have a good relationship with your family and friends. I don't want someone who is TOO close to their mother but someone whose family is a part of their life in a healthy way. Good work ethic but likes to have fun. Active but you don't have to be an Olympian. Your interests vary and you're not a homebody. Meet for a cup of coffee (although I don't drink coffee so I'll probably have tea).
