There is no gray area with me; you either like me or hate me...but whatever is said or done to me, I reciprocate equally. I may contradict many aspects of my beliefs, but that is what makes me a complex individual. I am not "full of myself", just protective and selective. I am often misunderstood and may come across as something I am not; but that is due to guarding what I've spent my entire life protecting. I am only vulnerable out of sheer will, and not as a result of being beaten down...I've dealt with that enough. I smoke, I drink...I am not a perfect person...but I do take much pride and passion in everything I do. I am too intelligent to play mindless head games that wastes my time...it's too valuable to me. I am a straight up person, in the politest way possible and believe manners will get you a lot further in your quest for long-term friendships....or more.I did not join this site to hang out or "hook up" with anyone. I prefer mental stimulation over anything else, although, physical attraction wouldn't hurt. I'm not stuck-up; I'm human.
