It's pretty great minus the whole ridiculous-parking-rules thing. I like outdoorsy things like hiking and biking and camping and skiing and of course the beach since I grew up there. He HAS NO CHILDREN (sorry!) but does have: a stable career, a sense of logic and responsibility, a sense of humor (a must around me...if you don't like sarcasm you won't like me, 'x-out' now!) and a realistic expectation for relationships. He doesnt live home with mommy unless there's a (very very) good reason. He has NO 'BFFs' that are former girlfriends or love interests (total deal breaker! It's not about insecurity, its about appropriate boundaries). He doesn't LIVE for any of the following: video games, beer or liquor of any kind, 'the game', his 'bros', sports or the gym. He cares about his appearance but doesn't obsess over it. He embraces the fact that he's out of both high school AND college. And he can compose a legible sentence with proper capitalization and punctuation. C'mon guys... I like places you can talk so a low key tavern, cute coffee shop or something similar is a great first date. I don't like people who try too hard or not at all. Oh and I do not bowl. Ever. I don't like it and I suck.
