I'm a risk-taker, so I uprooted my whole life and here I am. My closest family and friends are still on the east coast. I am very driven by the injustices that I see around me, particularly in regards to education. So.....where do I start?I guess the first and most important thing is my two beautiful daughters. They are 5 and 7 and are the loves of my life and always will be. They spend there time between their father and I. A lot of my time is spent with them or taking them to soccer, cheerleading, and girl scouts.My family and friends are a big part of my life and I am lucky to have them. Don't know what I would do without them.I work as pre-school teacher which I also love. Although it is very stressful and doesn't pay as well as I would like I do not see myself doing anything else.
