I was diagnosed with cancer in Feb ***and I'll be fighting this disease for as long as it takes... I'm currently in chemotherapy. I'm at the doctor about twice a month, learning to knit, watching movies and joking around with the other (much older) patients.This has all so completely changed my life but it's also inspired me in so many unspeakable ways.. I've only marginally slowed down this locomotive. My logic is if my body is conspiring against me, might as well use my mind to overcome and stay positive. In a lot of ways cancer has made me a better person and its definitely brought a lot of wisdom and love into my life, and for that I am thankful..So there you have it.. I do my best to maintain a policy of full-disclosure and this is kind of an important detail to consider... If you can't handle this, it's ok.. Feelings intact.However... if you're still reading, maybe there's something more to discover.. Right?I happen to think I'm a pretty rare and amazing individual...

Let me start out by saying that I'm not very good at talking about myself. But I suppose I'll take a stab at it. I like to keep myself busy, whether it be work, school, teaching or going on some sort of adventure. I hate having nothing to do, makes me nuts.I'm indecisive, mostly about what I want for dinner. First off... I don't care if you think I'm being rude, a prude, or just selfish.. If I don't want to do something bc you ask me to, DO NOT keep going with it. I'm not gonna budge from my own wishes just bc you whine an beg me. I love to go and do anything out doors if it involves fishing or even playing in the dirt im not scared to get a little dirt under my nails.
