I am a bit shy at first until i warm up but as long as horses is the subject I work out of my shell a lot faster. I am stubborn and most of all independent. I have a daughter, I also have horses and enjoy the country and farm life. Ive worked with several different breeds of horses and have trained a handful of horses for myself and others. I am currently in college for Pre-Veterinary Medicine in the long term goal of becoming an Equine Veterinarian.I am raising a daughter alone so im always strapped for time and freedom so please be patient with me if i dont answer right away or if we plan to meet and things change and have to make arrangements for some other time.I never really grew up on a farm but that has been my lifelong dream for as long as I can remember. I enjoy nature and all things farming. I love to utelize the land that was given to us and the animals for that purpose so when I complete my goal my first agenda is to buy land to start my own mini farm so that I can use the animals for my own food and grow my own crops to use and have my show barn with my horses specializing in speed racking horses. I dont want a hopeless romantic or someone who overcrowds my space because he cant stop wanting to touch me every second or become my shadow. Im pretty independent so I dont want a "knight in shining armor" but someone who can be a partner with me. I hate know it all's, someone who thinks they know everything and wont accept another person's point of view on something.Lets face it, there HAS to be a physical attraction there too, yeah things matter on the inside as well but if Im not physically attracted to you as well, how is a relationship suppose to work out.?I would also like someone who likes kids and doesnt treat them different because they are not biological his. My daughter means everything to me and she does not have a father figure in her life at all and would like someone to treat her with respect. FYI Just because you put on a hat and call yourself a country boy or cowboy doesn't really make you one. I need to see proof in that. Been scammed too many times by some wannabe's out there!Also I don't understand why some men or maybe they are boys want all these pics with their shirt off, I get it that you may think your body is hot but I would like to see a picture of you first and not of your nearly naked body, that is for later in the relationship if it goes that far. I love being the 'cool aunt' and I have 9 nieces and nephews. I'm a pediatric nurse and I find my work challenging and rewarding. I enjoy making people around me feel comfortable, so I'm usually the first one to tell a self deprecating joke to break the ice or loosen the tension. I love my two dogs, and my goofy cat. My favorite thing to do since I moved back to WI, is to go to my nephews high school football games. I'm that crazy aunt whistling, hollering and holding the sparkly "GO TEAM" sign. I'm looking for a guy that's trustworthy, a good man in a storm. I see families go through some pretty awful things when I am at work and that has motivated me to place the value of -sticking together through thick and thin- over all else. You need to have a strong sense of self and be able to forgive and be forgiven. I believe in being kind to one another and, as I've grown as a person, I've learned that I can not control as much of my life as I thought I could. I'm constantly trying to improve myself and look at the bigger picture, I would hope that my guy would feel that way too. Bottom line... I'm a really independent person, and honestly I'm about 90% happy on my own. I'd rather be alone my whole life than to be in a relationship that complicates me negatively or brings me down. But then there's that 10%.... which is why I'll occasionally check in on here to keep my options open. We'll see. With that said, when I do find myself with someone, I dedicate myself towards them. I live a busy, happy life... And maybe someday, someone will live that life with me. :) I'm sure we can figure something out when the time comes.
