I have a great career, great friends and family, and live in the greatest city in the world, just need someone to share all this with! I have a friend who's been having some success with this site so I thought I'd try it. I've used other dating websites before, and am totally not ashamed to say we met here! I just think its another way of meeting people you might not happen to run into at a bar or through friends.About me- I work as an accounting/finance professional in the Loop. I've done the whole CPA/audit firm thing, and am really happy to have put in my time to get where I'm at today, but no longer have to work crazy hours. I just transitioned to a finance role at my company and am super excited. I've been living in the city for 4+ years now, and I love it. I've amassed a great group of friends here... even though I grew up in the burbs and went to school in-state, most of these friends are those I've met while living here.I like to work out, whether it's group fitness classes, running, riding my bike, or whatever (you could totally convince me to try the latest workout craze with you).), and am looking to do some more next year to improve upon my time. I have a really long travel bucket list, but feel like I have some catching up to do... finally went on my first international trip last year to Australia.I'm looking for someone who is career-oriented, open-minded, family-oriented, likes to travel, and is an all-around good person. Having some shared interests is good, but I think it's also fun to turn each other onto new things as well. I prefer to date someone who also lives in the city. Usually start out with meeting for a couple drinks, and see where it goes from there.
