About Me

I spend most of my time working during the week wearing multiple hats for a non-profit. The gym and healthy habits are very important to me. I am a natural pro physique competitor and a power lifter. I like to try new things if it relates to health and fitness but I'm also pretty structured and stick to my routine for the most part. I believe weight training is the best way to stay in shape but every once in a while I will run a 5k race. I cook my own food most of the time but I like to go out to eat once in a while. I come from an Italian family. My favorite TV show currently is the walking dead. I believe you should train hard because you never know then the apocalypse will be upon us.
