! I am 5"5 ish (on a good day) I have long brown hair (mid back) but I wear it pulled back more than down and brown eyes. I have all my teeth and they are a nice ivory color and I am told I have a nice smile. =P I am a closet nerd, gamer geek, dork, (insert other random adjective here). I love star wars, but cant tell you what planet yoda was from or anything like that. Family Guy is usually on my tv while I am reading a book. I love all kinds of fantasy and fictional books, and history books. I HATE shopping but can spend hours at EB games, FYE, and Book stores. I have an independent streak and have a lot of pride. I am loyal to a fault, but gaining my trust is a gamble; sometimes you get it automatically, sometimes it has to be earned. If you believe in yourself, I will believe in you. My perfect partner is someone who is willing to be my pillar of strength when I need it, but not be afraid to admit when they need me. They aren't ashamed when I want to pay for something, and won't hold it over my head if they have to buy. I believe in honesty, but I also believe in tact, you can tell the brutal truth, but be nice about it. I am not perfect, and I am not looking for perfection, but for a realist who is willing to try.     I'm a fairly quiet girl in a loud world. I don't like fighting or confrontation. But I know what I'm looking for and won't settle for less. I'm a pretty busy woman. I probably don't have time to date if one were to ask. My day is slammed packed from the time I wake up in the morning until I crash at night. And I work in retail so my schedule is all over the place. And I have a very active four year old little boy. So I have to schedule things in advance most the time so I can make sure I have a sitter for him. But I don't really care for the idea of dying alone either. Lol. So I guess the right type of guy for me would have to be willing to understand that and be open to working with me to making a friendship and hopefully one day a relationship flourish. I'll be honest, I'm a little old fashioned in the sense that I like a guy that is a little take charge. Of course, I don't want to be controlled anymore than you do. But there is definitely something sexy about a guy who's interested enough to make the plans for the first date, and initiate that first move. I wouldn't say I'm an overtly "religious" person, but I am a believer. As a Christian I am looking to find my same core values and beliefs in someone else. Since I am ultimately looking to find someone to spend my life with, the men that I bring into my world would need to know Christ. I also feel it's necessary to add that I do not date outside of my race. I'm sorry if this offends you, but this is no different than the guys that state they only want to date girls of a certain body type. We all have our preferences.Ok wow, that was a book. As long as you don't have a day of jumping out of planes or swimming with sharks planned, I'm easy to please. But as cheesy as it sounds, dinner and a movie sounds like a blast to me. Dinner allows you to learn about each other, and the movie allows you a breather. Besides which you can learn a lot about how well you get along by the way you watch a movie together.
