I want someone to meet for drinks after work, to see a band with, to take an adventure with. I don't want to talk about a twenty year plan or what our kids will look like, I want to live in the moment and have fun. I'm single-never-married twenty something and my goal is to be happy. That's what I'm supposed to write here, yes? I usually describe myself as the coolest person you will ever meet. I've seen a lot of things and been a lot of places and I don't intend on stopping anytime soon. I like stoner movies (all of them), tattoos (that aren't from prison or look like they could be), Ke$ha (don't judge me), PBR (I'm not a dude, I swear), and long car rides (that don't include listening to country music -- not that there's anything wrong with country music.) I also like typing things with parenthesis, apparently. Oh, I live at home. With my mom. And my stepfather. And my younger brother. With fragmented sentences. It's not because I'm not a grown up or anything like that, but I never really saw the point in moving out since it's not really a terrible situation. So there's that. I'm supposed to talk about what makes me unique. This will probably frighten off the people it's supposed to -- most of my friends are gay. Well, not only are most of them gay, I also am extremely involved in the drag queen scene. They're not going to hit on you, or whatever other silly thing you think is going to happen by being around them. But my best friend? Totally a drag queen. Most of what I do when I'm out of town? Drag queen things. Doesn't mean I'm not down to go to a baseball game or a museum or the beach or a dive bar out of town -- it just means you have to be cool with that. I suppose if you read all of that, you're probably pretty awesome. And I'm pretty awesome. So let's talk. Or.... whatever it is we do now....- H Really? Surprise me. I'm down for anything, as long as it's not the Gourmet Buffet.

I wouldnt want anything to be a first "date" I'm terribly shy depending on how I felt i'd probably invite you over for a movie *** in public so we could really get to know each other *** the others around us.. just a movie and popcorn.. and im pretty sure we would both know from that point on if we would like to go on a real date.. :D I'm not looking for sex.. and while I'm in this thought process If i were to even kiss you i require recent STD testing.. because Im classy like that.. and if you cant hack that or have a issue with that .. that will be a huge red flag sorry babes..     I enjoy being in the city, but I prefer to live on the outskirts. I've been an avid equestrian (competitive) for nearly 20 years. Right now I've been loaned two project horses that I work with on a regular basis.I'm looking for someone to have fun with and see where it leads. I'm attracted to men who are confident, social/active, affectionate, kind etc. I want to be with someone I can include with my friends/family and vice-versa (eventually) and have a blast with no matter what we're doing. If you're jaded from past relationships I'm not here to fix you. I have no desire to "train" a man the way some women do. I train horses *** ;) I truly believe people need to be comfortable being single before being part of a couple. I've never been able to wrap my head around those who jump from relationship to relationship. I'd rather be single than with the wrong person.I'm a positive and optimistic person (but also a realist), I will always try to find the bright side of a bad situation. I don't believe stress is worth stressing over. I'm confident in who I am and where my life is going. I'm classy, but not a snob; easy-going but not a push over. I don't expect anything I'm not willing to give. I'm lucky to have a great group of friends and family that are wonderful to be around and share good times with. Over the years I've learned to keep the good ones close and the people that attract excessive drama far from reach - I don't play games and I sure hope you don't either. I have a witty/dry sense of humour and enjoy a broad range of music (some very cool, some very guilty pleasure). I don't consider shopping a hobby or care what brand my purse is; and beer is my drink of choice (Barking Squirrel is my fave). I'm not really into camping, but cottaging is fun. I like being near the water. I'm over the club scene and would rather go to a pub or Food & Drink Show (so much fun!).My idea of fun includes (but not limited to):dinner or pool parties;hiking;kayaking;the drive-in;;a night in;wine/brewery tours;anything with the horses;traveling.
