After high school I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my life so I worked for a couple years. I moved back to CT because I missed my family and have since started working on my BA.Books: The Devil Wears Prada, The Lovely Bones, InfidelTV: Nurse Jackie, The Real Housewives of New JerseyMovies: Despicable Me, The Lovely Bones, most animated movies.I love dance musice, but also enjoy rock and top 40. On most Friday and Saturday nights I go out with the girls. I love going to dinner so that would be the ideal first date. It wouldn't mattter the food since I like to try new things, usually. If you are going to get me flowers don't get me red roses, I hate them. My favorite are blush, and it is better to mix it up anyway. After dinner we could go dancing or go watch a movie, depending on how the date went.

Don't write me a message with "Hey, what's up?" Where do I go with that?I'm looking for someone that I can have a great time with whether we're out for a night on the town or if we're staying in ordering food and renting movies. If you can't make me laugh, we are going to have some problems. I don't need to be entertained but I don't want to sit around and watch tv all the time either. It doesn't take much to please me. Been in the area about 3 years now. I work on an Alzheimers/Dementia locked unit and love every minute of it. I promise I'll have some ridiculous stories for you. Just got promoted to Unit Manager as well as moved to the day shift. I must warn you, I'm not much a morning person.Me:I eat peanut butter out of the jar.I'm torn between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. Being a New Englander, I'm a Dunks girl but if I'm honest, Starbucks has way better coffee.I'm an RN, scheduling conflicts can and will arise.I'm allergic to cats. But I have 2 of them... guess I'm a glutton for punishment.Yes, I really am 5'11" so if you lied to make yourself taller this won't work.I drive a manual transmission. They're just better.I like to cook.I like to eat.Recently became a vegetarian. No I'm going to give you a hard time for eating meat.Sarcasm is my primary language. Some find me brutally honest. I am myself, I will never claim to be anything but. You: Must understand and appreciate sarcasm.Taller than me.Eats healthy.Likes working out/staying active.Trustworthy/honest.Like me for me. A coffee shop sounds cliche but is totally perfect to sit around and get to know someone.

"If you ask me what I came into this life to do, I will tell you: I came to live out loud." Emile Zola.I am a 27 year old music lover. I can have a good time anywhere...even if I don't know anyone I'll probably make a bunch of new friends and then we can all have a great time. Anyone who knows me thinks that Zooey Deschanel is actually portraying me on New Girl.I'm a foodie...if you can't open yourself up to fun ethnic foods like Sushi, Thai, or Indian...then you should! I cannot go without. I like to have fun playing around in the kitchen with a bottle of wine and my spices. I take great pride in my Coconut Curry. Also I am a huge fan of dinner parties, dressing up, and gettin silly.I spent some time as the singer in a fun dancy rock band and hope to do that again sometime! We were called Crazy Cat Lady, which is weird because I am more of a dog lady. I like to watch dog videos on YouTube. I'm not afraid to share that.I have 2 rescue dogs. Must. Love. Dogs. Dogs in ya face. My dogs are really strange. In a silly fun way. In an awesomely silly fun way.I laugh...a lot. Mostly with you and not at. I swear. I'm a huge fan of witty banter and "How I Met Your Mother"-like hanging out. I love being with my friends and would do anything for them. In my free time I like to seek out new music. I have an ever growing collection and I am very proud of it! I am most into dream pop and upbeat electro-alterna-rock. I'm an audiophile so when asked what my favorite band is I get excited but also stressed because it is gonna take a lot of time figuring out who I'm most into right now. I enjoy music that keeps me pumped up while at the gym. From my musical theatre background I enjoy music that I can really throw my vocal chords into. Don't get my wrong, I like my fair share of hip-hop and rap (love me some old school digable planets). But don't expect me to sing along to that because I know I sound ridiculous when I try to rap.I have a music blog. I also have a blog where I post sneakily taken pictures of ridiculously amazing facial hair finds and talk about how awesome and/or ridiculous these people must be. I guess you could call me the mustachio bandit. My Myers- I think that says a lot. Buffy all the way.As far as my goals and aspirations, I want the obvious: love, comfort, a family, monetary stability. I want to travel the world. Career-wise I always thought that I would end up performing for a living. However, now that I've graduated and spent some time in the mean old real world I find that while I love to act, it does not have the stability that I want. Although it's what I love, singing and acting are too up in the air. I love to sing and will do that no matter what. I have dabbled in the social networking field but now I work for a wonderful company that produces and supplies some of the most top quality linen. As long as I get to wake up with my 2 dogs with a smile on my face because I excited to start my day, I'm happy.Just putting this out there, I've never done this whole online dating scene before. I am not against it, I just figure what does one have to lose. Everything else happens online anyway.Yes I am a liberal lady in my political views but please...please don't message me if you plan on being gross and creepy. I'll tell you now, I won't respond. Well it would all depend on the person. I'm sure we would find something fun. Something that is low key and without pressure. I've had some great times bowling, at a museum, going on a tour of a brewery, ooh la la a wine tasting, eating at some outdoor cafe (weather permitting). It all depends on the situation. I'm open to suggestions.
