About Me

I live with passion - possibly to an absurd degree - but am learning to bring balance into the calm. For a number of years, I traveled as much as possible before finding a place which grounded me enough to give me a chance to look around and realize I'd found a home. I swear that whatever peaceful undercurrent has been tapped in my life is product of life by the sea and I spend a great deal of time at the beach - It's not all active though. I also need space to read and explore. I suppose it's curiosity, a trait nurtured in me by mother. My real passion in life is nutrition and food choices and how they are linked with health. It is a vocation that is both theoretical and physical.
