I moved here from the mitten state a little over 3 year ago. Moving away from my family and friends was a very hard decision, but I'm very pleased with the life I've made for myself here. I'm still trying to find all the fun places this city has to offer. I realized that getting into "my daily routine" has kept me from branching out and trying new things. It's amazing how a good run can make you forget about a bad day. Now I'm ready to tackle some of the more fun races and warrior dashes.Other than running I like any outdoor activity as long as its warm out; rollerblading, hiking or taking a friend's dog for a walk. I need someone with an active lifestyle who wouldn't mind going for a run with me sometimes. I consider myself a shy person, especially at first. To balance that, I think I need someone who is more outgoing. Owning a pet is not a necessity, but you must respect that animals are a huge part of my life and I spoil mine. If I don't see things working out long term, I really don't see the point in continuing to date. I hope that others can be honest with me in that respect as well.
