I love a guy that can make me laugh or make me feel loved...and if you can do both then i found my prize.School and having goals is important to me...a guy that is successful or knows what he wants is close to one of the most attractive features any man can have. I'm in school myself for Nursing, I've worked at a hospital for over four years now, and I wouldn't choose any other field. I love medicine and having the chance to take care of total strangers. It's a fun job and no matter how bad my day has been, I always get the chance to make someone else's better. I am a mom, I have a little girl who's four. She is my little stinker and so much fun to be around. She has taught me to take life slowly, to appreciate special treats, laugh whenever neccessary and to have as much fun as I want. Everyday is an adventure with her; That's how she has taught me to live and it's the mantra that I live by. if i find the right guy to do it with, i want to go on a first date where we can go skydiving...it'd be crossing two things off my bucket list which would be trusting a total stranger and of course getting to jump out of a plane. If not then I really don't mind a good game of bowling and now with the cold weather a cider mill trip or a football game might be in order. I think first dates should be fun and as much fun as sitting in a restaurant is for getting to know someone, I believe you can relax more and learn more when you're doing something active on a date. :)

Having generally accepted guidelines for behavior in social situations is something that appeals to me. I find it lamentable that ours is a society of catch-as-catch-can. I expect the same in return.I'm a grammar nut. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature. Words are something that I truly enjoy. The downside to that is that one of my pet peeves is grammar and spelling errors, so maybe run your messages through spellcheck before you send them. I recently transitioned from working in a factory to working in the headquarters of a big corporation. It's been a big change for my life, but in the best possible way. It is not my dream job, but I am thankful for the opportunity to get my foot in the door. I have few hobbies, but they all involve being outside. I enjoy vegetable gardening, cooking, camping, and fishing.I have a 10'x20' vegetable garden in my back yard where I grow heirloom vegetables from seed. I take immense pleasure from seeing something start from practically nothing.I am a grill gal--it's my favorite way to cook! My favorite meal to cook on the grill is a bacon-I am a rustic camper, which means I bring in everything I'll need. No running water, electrical hook-ups, or trailers for me. It's whatever you can carry!I fish, but mainly for panfish. I've never had anyone who could take me out fishing for game fish. My favorite books have some sort of fantasy element to them and are typically series. --The Emberverse series by S. M.-- K. Rowling -Movies are pretty hit and miss for me. I will not watch horror movies though.My taste in television is varied. I like pretty much anything that isn't really heavy screamer music. I just can't get into that stuff.I like food. Nothing too extreme, but I can usually be persuaded to try something. My cooking tends towards Italian. I am a foodie, through and through. I like American, Italian, steakhouses, and sushi. I prefer independent restaurants to chains. I dig casual restaurants all the way up to formal attire required places; I like the casual atmosphere of a microbrewery, but love the feeling of being dressed up as well. I'm looking for someone of character. I want someone who will do what is right over what is easy. I want someone with a solid work ethic, someone who isn't afraid of work, but knows how to have a good time, too. I'm willing to put some effort in on my end, but I have to know that you're willing to do the same.
