About Me

Where to start? I'm independent, have my own townhouse, a career, and family and friends I would move mountains for. I can take care of myself but I'd like to find someone to take care of me when I need it. I'm a fairly normal person...no crazy skeletons in my closet. I'm very laid back and up for anything really. I prefer campfires to candlelight. I love being outdoors...especially in the summer. I love the beach and the mountains. Love picnics in the park on a nice day. Love spending time with my dogs and my family. I'll pretty much try anything once. I'm happy anywhere as long as I'm with good people. I've learned to really enjoy it. I'm not a tomboy...I love dressing up and going out but love my nights in sweats on the couch too. I also love travelling to and exploring new places and experiancing new opportunities. I've been to 25 states and 15 countries and there are so many more places I want to see. I also volunteer on a regular basis with Habitat for Humanity. I help locally and take a week off work each March and travel somewhere else in the US to help build houses for those in need. I've been doing that for 10 years and I love it.Looking for someone who is driven, independent, is generally happy with their life, and someone who is intelligent. I want to find someone who complements my life. I'm fairly laid back and rarely get mad at people and hope to find the same in a partner. Life is too short to be angry all the time. Chivalry is not dead. I like hanging out at home just as much as going out...I think both can be great dates.
