Guess you could say I'm just another hip young professional living in a rural Minnesotan town, deeply devoted to her family but a city girl at heart. A hopeless romantic with an irrational fear of butter. Fun fact : I've only been on the victorious end of a broken wishbone three times, and I often lay awake at 3am wondering what that signifies for my future. Career and happenstance have kept me here. I'm currently knee deep in social services, directing adult foster homes (6 of them!) with a company I love. But I'm basically a "Jen of All Trades." For ***, before this gig, I spent the last three years working as a counselor at a therapeutic shelter for at-risk youth. Before all that, I rocked out the following random jobs ...com, schlepped insurance, and survived an ironic summer youth ministry internship.I recently finished performing in "Bus Stop" at the Barn Theatre, which was an incredible experience. I'm averaging about one show per year these days. Wish I had time to do more, but my boss prefers it when I actually focus on my career most of the time ;) go figure!Also, hot off the presses ~ I've been asked to join forces with a local band called Gravel Road as their new lead female vocalist. Ive never been much into the online thing but hey I rarely go to bars or clubs and besides walmart where do a lot of peeps go here. Im like most of yall......Its hard to describe yourself and what your looking for in a little box. I love humor and someone who can make fun of them selves and have a good time. I think lifes to short not to be laughing and having a good tme. I think Ive hit that age where most my wild crazy nights are behind me and Im ready to do what us grown folks are sposto do I guess lol you know kids marriage etc. Well I got a little dog step one check lol.Also my pics were taken this month so they are recent. I like to do so many different things from going to the beach or going out back and shooting. I love guns and knives but also I can be girly and go shopping and cooking. I went to three years culinary school so I love to cook. I like horseback riding and fun stuff outside. I also love going to the gym...Im not a gym rat but ive lost 87lbs and couting so I usualy am there 5days a week. Well I don't really like to go really deep here on paper but Im very open and honest...lol maybe even a little blunt but I feel why waste time :). Also I'm trying to find someone that lives kinda close at least in the same state lol. Any where except the movies. I know everyone puts usually the same thing. ... dinner and the movies but with the right person anything can be fun. I've had the best date just going to the lake and talking. I'm really laid back.
