Looking for my best friend.. I believe everyone falls in love and I think I am ready for that. I think I read somewhere that you fall in love every 7 years.. well I am definitely over due.I wear my heart on my sleeveI want a man that knows how to treat a woman I am a woman that knows how to pamper and treat her manIf you like to be competitive and have fun then we will get along greatI love to move to the flow of the music.. no matter what the words its the beat that catches me. I like to get lost... whether it be local or long distance... I have had the most fun that wayI enjoy trying new things and hope you do alsoAfter a recent discussion with a friend I decided to put this out there:"Do we believe loving someone means owning them? Do we believe that ownership is the reason someone should 'behave'?" "Do we believe that all the expectations, conditions, and underlying threats of 'you better act right or else' keep one honest and true? Do we believe that we can have meaningful relationships with people who have not defined nor live by the integrity of his or her higher self? What of unconditional love? Or does love look like, feel like, and operate as enslavement? Do we believe that the more control we put on someone the safer we are? What of TRUST and LOVE?"

"“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”~~I think this quote says a lot about me, my outlook on life, and my faith. My ability to imagine, to believe in things that are beyond my understanding (and to be driven by a curiosity to know as much of those things as possible), and to accept that there's so much more out there that I will never know. My faith is important to me, and I am interested in meeting a man who respects it and-or even participates in a spiritual tradition of his own.Creativity is my most valued asset. Creative problem solving, teaching through story, dialog through art, relating to children--these are gifts for which I am truly grateful. I am passionate about theater, my family, children, storytelling, making people smile, the Monkees, my cats and using my gifts to make an impact in my community. I'm a funny mix of extrovert and introvert. My job is very social, so sometimes I like to isolate myself and just escape. Also, I have to force myself to be extroverted in high traffic situations or even at work--but you'd never know. I love learning--I especially love being taught--when someone shares knowledge with me, I am so grateful. I am an autonomous woman (who just bought her own house) but I crave the intimacy of a romantic partnership--and mutual care. I am hoping to find my life partner. A spiritual man, a man who is kind and generous. A man who has an entrepreneurial spirit. Not afraid to take risks, but sound and stable. An educated man (self or *** most importantly... I seek a man who will laugh with me, and make me laugh, and cherish all the incredible things that I have to offer. So yeah. I'm educated (though if you're proof reading this--you may think otherwise). Simple in a lot of ways--I think a smile goes a long way. I LOVE to laugh. My mom says that I always have a song on my heart, and that I have a magnetic personality. (Moms are bias... but I do seem to get along with most people very easily). I'm up for anything--except for maybe skydiving (or other extreme sports--I'm a bit of a chicken when it comes to danger). I am more of an artsy girl than the athletic type. I am a current U of M student, though, and I am seriously considering purchasing some football or hockey tickets with my student discount:0) I'm addicted to the paint your own pottery place--let's do that!
