About Me

I am a shy person, so I am finding this whole online thing a little difficult. When I get to know someone and feel comfortable I really come out of my shell and like to have fun. I am a kind and helpful person. I strongly believe that there is too much hate and negativity in this world and I don't want to be a part of it. Live and let live. I miss my children when I am at work, but I am confident in the fact that I am doing the best I can to give my kids all of the greatest opportunities life has to offer, hopefully without spoiling them. My family is very important to me. I enjoy the constant learning that my job provides. I work a lot of on-call, and of course, shiftwork. Last year I started a learn to run program, and successfully completed my first 5k and 10k runs. I can honestly say there is little else that has empowered me more than the feeing of a good run. I fractured my ankle running a few months ago, and it has been a long road to recovery. I'm looking forward to re-training this summer. I am also interested in getting involved in Crossfit, but have yet to be brave enough to go in. As a single mom, I don't get out too much, but when I do I enjoy going to movies, wallks with a coffee in hand, or maybe even dinner on a patio. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, and clean eating is important to me. I'm looking for someone who shares the same values as I do. Fun, friends & family need to be important facets in one's life. I am also looking for someone who is hardworking and motivated, as you can expect the same from me :) TreeGo!!!
