Ahhh the "sell yourself section".... I love the outdoors, bbqs, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing on the bank of the water, gardening, reading, movies, or just a lazy night. My first shot at this online dating stuff. Unfortunately in this modern day world it seems like social dating is the way to do it. I'm intimidated by it because i just want to meet someone organically, a normal man who has flaws that are not really flaws because they are what make you, you. Pretty basic qualities with a sense of humor that can be an upper in my life. I am a complete deal, pretty solid woman who knows what she wants and will be focused enough to get it. It could be something on the work front, a man or even new friends. If its worth the fight then I'll do what it takes to get it or keep it. I could be stubborn at times a know it all too but when it comes to relationships i know my place and my entire heart goes into it. Being with the right person helps me to thrive in all areas of my life, it makes me more of a driven energized person. I am single because i rather be alone & honest with myself then to continue to work on a relationship that in my heart doesnt beat for that person anymore. Relationships are a ton of work but when your with someone that shares your values and respects you as a person well then you got a great thing going. i am looking to share my life with someone and magnify my everyday experiences but that doesn't mean it has to lead to marriage. I am not looking to get married , that isnt the answer for being with someone. Forever doesn't hold entitlements like a marriage certificate can. I just want to be with someone who wants to be with me without being entitled to. I believe in having your own life and having a life together. i want to be excited by someone and i want someone to be excited by me as well. Im a type A driven person, professionally loves what i do around Technology. I tend to work alot and even continue working later in the evening on most work days. I work out at the gym at least 6 times a week and even try to throw in some outdoor activities like hiking to alert different muscles in my body. As much time as i spend at the gym, i think its important the man I'm interested in does the same. Health & Fitness is a huge part of my life as it should be yours. I like trying new things, new places , new people. New experiences is what keeps things exciting. Someplace where we could meet and see if the chemistry is there from the beginning, a natural interesting flow between 2 people.

I'm not sure if meeting people online works for me (what I love about meeting people is the repartee, communication, personality, conversation, and common interests! I teach high school English and have for the past few years. I love teaching because I enjoy helping others grow in understanding and I think it is so important to be able to communicate well and think critically. I also teach dance.The most important person to me is Jesus. I don't like the term "religion"; to me it is a relationship. As for taste in music, etc., I love all types; since I dance ballet, hip-hop, modern, jazz, salsa, swing, and country, that covers a wide variety of music. As for food, I love ethnic foods, especially Indian, Thai, Japanese, Mexican, and Italian. I like trying new things, though I'm not a big risk-taker. Oh, I do like skiing too (snow and water). And I have traveled some and only want to travel more! There is something so exciting about experiencing different cultures, food, traditions, etc. There is so much more I could say, but why tell you everything now? ;) I think going to a movie is the worst first date option ever! Something where we could talk and do an activity would be ideal; playing pool, going kayaking, dinner, coffee (though I prefer tea!), or something similar. Conversation is key!
