Well~ My life experiences have really helped me gain insight into what I do and do not want in my life. But I'm still working on it. Everything in life is a process, and I'm truly at a place in my life of self exploration and personal growth. I am working hard to become a positive thinker and it's really great to be where I'm at in life. It's not perfect, I slip up and get in funks of negativity~ yes I'm human :) I have 3 children- And I started really young, my daughter is 16..son is 9 and now my youngest is 7... I'm not really interested in going back to ***care of an infant. I am busy enough with life-kids-work, it would be really unfair to bring another child into this chaotic world when I'm already looking for more hours in the day. Your children regardless of age or living arrangement is not an issue at all for me. I like to have fun..get a little crazy, offend people in public, ride roller coasters.. love sarcasm and humor... Laughter, family, and physical human contact are essential to living a happy, content, prosperous life. I can't deal with uptight in my life- I am a very deep person and I've found that deep and uptight do not mix well. There's a time and place for serious- no matter how serious I try to look at the positive in every situation. I believe everything happens for a reason and there are no coincidences in life. I believe life is what you make of it and what you attract is based on your energy. There's a lesson to be learned from all experiences however you chose to take it.I hope to meet someone with goals , similar beliefs and passions... I'm not here with expectations- if you don't put yourself out there you never know what you might miss.I'm not here to hook up or play bullsh*t games. I'm open minded , love fun and adventure as well as deep/serious...I love music- wide variety. I'm a huge Ani DiFranco fan so love it or hate it. I am not materialistic or superficial- I'm spiritual/universal but not religious. I'm very real- straight forward and yes guys- I know it's hard to believe- but sometimes I'm just b**chy.. But again I'm human.. Lets not pretend we are flawless superhuman or special. Really we are alll human and equal. Not sure how I feel about long distance...I love to dance. Not that I can say that I can do it well or not but it feels good- I do like to go out alone sometimes just to dance ...Or dancing around the house.And- I don't have a body shot for a reason. Not cuz I'm fat, hot, sexy, built, or retarded- but... Because I prefer to get messages based on similar interest and personality- not how I look. Although im starting to question if thats as big of a deal as i think it is- i overanalyze sometimes. With that said, assume what you will and we'll just see!Ok- that does it for now. Hi! A little about me- I'm a nurse, a huge animal lover, I love to travel, family is very important to me, and I love video games, The Walking Dead and the Daily Show. I'm sarcastic and VERY politically incorrect, but only in a joking way!! I am not religious and very liberal. I'm looking for someone who will travel the world with me. I believe in true love and want nothing less than what my grandparents had. I guess that's the real reason I've been single so long. And unfortunately, as I get older, it gets harder and harder to meet new people. The club scene has never been my thing, so the only place I tend to meet people is at work, and let's face it- picking up guys on an oncology floor isn't exactly the thing to do. I'm not a girly girl and am most comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt. I'm trying to get back into going to the gym, but honestly I hate it. I'd much rather be outside hiking with my dogs, kayaking, hiking, even trying to ski. I am not a hard body but if I could get it without hard work, I wouldn't turn it down!! :) I'm a huge animal lover and don't dig hunting and fishing. So many pics on here of guys holding a fish or an animal they just killed. If you have a pic like that, don't expect a response from me!I admit to being somewhat of a nerd.
