Hi everyone! Let's start with a little about me. Early 30's, I have been single for while. Getting older means I learned what I like, what I don't like, what I want, what I hope for my future. One thing I know is I would like to share that future with a nice and caring man, with whom I can be myself.I have a job that I like, for a great company and my colleagues are awesome. I spend lots of hours there in a week so it's always been important for me to enjoy what I do for a living. I enjoy cooking (but I do prefer cooking for two), photography, doing puzzles, crosswords. I'm not really athletic. I started running last summer and to my big surprise I liked it! I didn't run much due to an injury in the past month, and then came the big lack of motivation, but I started Focus T25 and love its intensity! Very happy about it. I also practiced yoga weekly with the girls from work. Session is over but I'd love to do some again in the future. I like to laugh and I am a good public. I like to talk about various subjects, exchanging ideas, debating points. On lots of topic there is no right or wrongs, just opinions and I think it is important to respect people's opinion. I like history, science, everything that is weird or seem impossible. I am looking for a man who's ready to invest himself in a relationship. A man who has time for a lady but who is also independant. A man I can share activities with, good moments, laughs. I like a man who's smart (I think smart is sexy) and who likes to smile. I think a relationship is about chemistry. About working on something together. It's not just about me, not just about you, it's about what we both want and need. So let's see if we can work it together :-) First meeting is always a little ackward. There is that few minutes where you can feel time float... I would think just a drink, casual, talking. Hi! A little about me- I'm a nurse, a huge animal lover, I love to travel, family is very important to me, and I love video games, The Walking Dead and the Daily Show. I'm sarcastic and VERY politically incorrect, but only in a joking way!! I am not religious and very liberal. I'm looking for someone who will travel the world with me. I believe in true love and want nothing less than what my grandparents had. I guess that's the real reason I've been single so long. And unfortunately, as I get older, it gets harder and harder to meet new people. The club scene has never been my thing, so the only place I tend to meet people is at work, and let's face it- picking up guys on an oncology floor isn't exactly the thing to do. I'm not a girly girl and am most comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt. I'm trying to get back into going to the gym, but honestly I hate it. I'd much rather be outside hiking with my dogs, kayaking, hiking, even trying to ski. I am not a hard body but if I could get it without hard work, I wouldn't turn it down!! :) I'm a huge animal lover and don't dig hunting and fishing. So many pics on here of guys holding a fish or an animal they just killed. If you have a pic like that, don't expect a response from me!I admit to being somewhat of a nerd.
