Nothing clever to say on the "Headline". I have absolutely NOT read a few profiles just because of the headline! My oh my, there are some desperate, lonely people who need time alone before getting on any site. I'm usually very witty and creative, but can't think of anything... That would be me "speechless" (a rare event indeed). Photography is a hobby of mine. I always have a camera at the ready (not my phone camera either). They were both a blast. I won't ride on a roller coaster though... LOL! My goal in life is to learn something every day and continue to grow in all aspects of my life. I keep fit mentally, spiritually, physically (sounds so cliche)... I cook up a storm even if I'm the only one eating! I think I deserve a nice, home cooked meal! We are all unique aren't we? There are others that have similar hobbies and that have been in similar situations. I have a zest for life, people, and adventure. I love cooking and hope to take cooking classes just for fun. Tuscany anyone? On some of the profile categories, they just don't have the option that I would choose. I think any relationship needs to start with a friendship first. Hair color? Why oh why! I change mine on a whim! The "hair color" options should include: "change with my mood". My hair is now darker... channeling my inner Irish soul. (Greek and Irish heritage.... what a combo). I just enjoy changing it from time to time. Update: May ***... My hair now has blond in it!! I'm not a fan of country music except for the occasional Johnny Cash. Coffee and a chat are always a good start. So many little coffee shops and bakeries that make delicious pastries.

Communication is very important to me and I want to hear your stories/life experiences. I want a friendship that grows into a mutual support society: we each encourage and bring out the best in each other. I care deeply about the people in my life and I feel it's important to maintain current friendships and interests. That said there has to be time put into becoming a couple - it isn't *** it should be fun getting there.Giggling/laughter along the way is expected. :-)Trust is the most important thing, with truth closely following. I don't get upset about little things, and most things are in the little things category. My faith is an important part of who I am. It is not based upon judging others but *** about acceptance and caring and love. I also believe the life we are given is a gift to be celebrated and reveled in so it is a crime to waste it. :-) I do not have the need to rush into a relationship. It should build over time so that it has the potential to last. I'm looking for the long haul and not the temporary. :-)I love animals and kids. My dog, Frisky the Wonder Mutt, came to live with me in Nov ***. He is a rescue but is doing rather well at this point. My previous dog Lady (another rescue) died in Jan ***after living with me 13 yrs. One of my friends recently suggested I state what I am looking for. Here it is:- A good heart and a kind soul- Must have empathy towards others- A gentle to wicked sense of humor- A foodie who enjoys new food and considers sushi to be divine *** just bait- Believes it is good to be a carnivore and that some of the best food comes from dives and food trailers- Will talk about at least 4 other topics for fun in addition to work, sports, and politics - Believes learning your whole life is the only way to go- Passport should probably be current- Will go off the beaten track to experience or see something cool/weird/wonderful- Must be a good kisser when the time is appropriate - Self supporting and can take care of personal financial obligations- Should know how to do home repairs or call appropriate people - Can handle being around a high energy extravert (that's me) who is liberal politically, moderate fiscally and has never voted republican (but ok with opinions different than my own).So I'm tall, blond, curvy, bright, and logical (that whole engineer thing) woman who wants a strong man I can lean on. And yes I want honest to goodness jump for joy feel to your toes romance. If this sounds interesting then we should talk.
