I enjoy outdoor activities. I feel that my soul gets rejuvenated by the beauty of nature, especially in the mountains. I enjoy traveling. I've been to 48 states but not overseas.Last year I starting running races and I love it! I'm not very fast but the adrenalin rush is addicting. I even ran the Mud Mayhem 5k. It was a blast. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and getting the most out of life. I have signed up for a half- Which scares me! Ha! The only time I am worried about is the maximum time allowed.My children are over 18 and on their own. I did a little gardening last summer for the first time and have a small one again this year.
