I have learned that life goes on and we are here to live and learn from our experiences. I like who I am, and find that people who take the time to really get to know me tend to like me too. I guess that is a good thing. I dont have any personal or emotional baggage, I am pretty grounded, but I am adventurous and like to experience new things.I strive to be a better person in all things. My daughter is grown and lives in another state. I moved here to be closer to my mom and help her out. Since then I retired from my job of 31 years and am looking forward to the next phase of life, who knows what the future will bring, for me life is ever changing. Now I am working as a Project Manager, whole new career for me...woohoo...The only thing really missing from my life is a good man to love and share it with. I think truthful conversation during dinner or over coffee is a good way to see if there is any reason to have a second date. After spending an hour or so talking with someone if there is no feeling that I want to reach over and touch the man to feel him and enjoy his presence then there is no real reason to have a second date. Also the kiss is very important. If I feel like I want to kiss you and I actually get too, then it is my hope that we both really enjoy it. Perhaps then there will be a second date.
