I am in a good spot in my life and happy where I am in it. But to compliment it, it would be great to be in a relationship. My children are out of the nest & making their way through life now, so I seem to have more time to share & enjoy all of the things "being a couple" gives. I would like to enjoy a relationship with a man who knows what he wants in his life. A perfect pairing on paper perhaps isn't always what it seems, if the chemistry in person isn't there. I am looking to grow within the relationship, picking up some of your interests, would like to share some of mine, plus explore new mutual ones. My friends would say I have a lot to give, am a great listener, warm hearted, giving, loyal, can find the good in everyone, funny and always gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. To respond to the above "profession" question, - yup - after over ***years with a company, it downsized and I was caught up in corporate decisions. I am actively job hunting, but can afford to be somewhat choosy. I am thinking I want a fun job - like on a golf course or helping people out, would be a nice switch from a rat race kind of a career. : ) I enjoy activies such as golfing, gardening, cooking, reading (although can't really say that's overly active!) , games night, floor hockey, going to the gym (groan) , exploring small towns, camping, attending concerts,festivals and live sporting events. Movie night is another great option. Smell of popcorn... yum. I've started getting the travel bug, so I am looking forward to doing some more.
