Relationships are a dynamic commitment which require understanding, respect, honesty, humor but most of all passion. I am looking for a partner, soul mate, friend and lover who wants to share our time together laughing, sharing and experiencing all the joys and challenges of daily life together. Confident about who they are and what they want, not arrogant or insecure, and active not sedentary are all attributes I find very attractive. I would like a man who is equally comfortable with a framing hammer or a sauté pan, reasonably active, fit, down-to-earth and honest.I'm a down-to- I love writing, the outdoors, quiet moments, laughter, and the beauty of nature. I am told I am funny, intelligent, honest and somewhat unfiltered when it comes to expressing myself.I want to be clear that I look and act like I’m still 45, and still dream like I am 30! I definitely am not looking for a pen pal but a genuine person who shares a similar vision for simple pleasures, travel and mutual activities to balance our busy professional lives. I yearn for the simple things in life, and eventually, at some point down the road, I’d love to live with the forested mountains and water as our backdrop, to be able to devote more time to writing, and enjoy a quieter, simpler pace of life but still very much active and wanting to experience shared adventures. Lastly, if you're going to send me a photo of yourself, please ensure it’s fairly recent; we all age, I get that, but I have to be able to recognize you when we meet. To say I am only attracted to physical attributes is not a fair statement but to be sure the way someone takes care of themselves says a great deal about self-respect, image and esteem. Like eating healthy so cook most meals from scratch (lots of veggies!) but do enjoy a weekly splurge at a nice restaurant (and the excuse to wear a dress!), and reading weather/sea nonfiction adventures. I'm a nature-lover,always open for adventure, and stay fit by exercising daily (photos recent). I don't kiss on first dates (hugs are good tho! :-) so if this is necessary to determine chemistry, please pass me by!
