I'm independent (work and own home) but prefer being half of a couple. Hoping to fall in mutual love but want to get to know each other and see where it goes. Love rowing through the salt-marsh (kayaker companion welcome!), having a car door opened for me, running my fingers thru a nice head of hair, bicycling (to enjoy nature, not to race!) Like eating healthy so cook most meals from scratch (lots of veggies!) but do enjoy a weekly splurge at a nice restaurant (and the excuse to wear a dress!), and reading weather/sea nonfiction adventures. I'm a nature-lover,always open for adventure, and stay fit by exercising daily (photos recent). I don't kiss on first dates (hugs are good tho! :-) so if this is necessary to determine chemistry, please pass me by!

    Does anyone really like writing these? So hard to "sell" yourself and trying not to sound like everyone else on this site. I'm just like you, but like no one you have ever met. Looking for someone to spend time with and, hopefully something more. I listen mainly to country music but like just about any. I like simple, not complicated and dramatic. I am very family oriented, they are the most important thing to me. I don't have a lot of friends but the ones I have are part of my family.
