I've reached a time in my life where I realize my world shouldn't entirely revolve around my kids as it does now. I'm active with our local Relay for Life, am a regular blood/platelet donor, involved with our youth group at church, support local animal charities, and just try in general to reach out to others. I'm definitely a "motherly" type. I sometimes feel that I care too much which causes unnecessary worrying... but that's just the way I am.
