Where to start! I currently manage a martial arts school, which fits nicely into my need for physical activity and a high-paced lifestyle! I love to compete, as well as train our fighters, especially those just getting started. I enjoy a hard workout, as much as I enjoy a good treat after it! Anyone who can push themselves in their passion impresses me, and I'm always up for learning more. I like to run, preferably trails but I don't object to road either.I have lived abroad, completing my third year of studies in Ghana and returning later to run a conference on Autism in West Africa.
