As such I really enjoy a physically active life on a daily basis, eating consciously (includes cooking, juicing, or raw foods almost always), meditation regularly and the mindfulness of feeling into each moment of your experience to really know yourself. I am shy at first but warm up once I get to know you. I've been through a lot in my past relationship which ended very badly. It has been 5 years now and I’m ready to find someone special for me.
