During the summer I'm a very active volleyball player. I play 3 nights a week for leagues and then whenever I am at the beach. I love to be outdoors any chance I can get. One of my favorite things to do in the summer and winter is going fishing. I love fishing. I'm not that girl that cant bait her own hook or take the fish off the line. I make my own spinners and I have my own fishing gear. I also enjoy hunting and love shooting trap. I enjoy trying and doing new things. I am always open to a new adventure. I love to travel.I love to cook. I'm always trying to find something new to cook. I love all kinds of food from pastas to seafood to Chinese food. I am not a picky eater. Music is in my life everyday all day. I listen to everything from country to pop to rock to oldies. There is a large range of artists I enjoy listening too. I am that girl that always has a smile on her face and loves life. I've been through a lot in my life and I have learned that the only thing you can do is learn from your past and move forward with your future. I want to be surprised and have something I've definitely never had before. I have never had that knock you off your feet, amazes you everyday kind of love. Granted, I could go an extra 2 years and have two degrees, but it's not what I want. I was originally a Business Law & English major, and realized that BLaw is killing me inside. I need something that's constantly evolving, something that won't bore me even before I get into the real world. I've been toying with the idea of going back to school for Biomedical Engineering, so that's where I'm at right now.I work full time at as a bridal seamstress, and it's a love-hate relationship. Sure, I'm the only single woman working, but all the love stories don't make me feel hopeless. It's quite the contrary, actually. Makes me hopeful that anyone can find love and be happy. I'm just waiting for that right one to come along and make me feel that again. I have also played with the idea of designing my own line of wedding gowns; and although I have designed several and made one (which was a TON of work), I think it would take too much money and time and not fulfill my thirst for success. Music is a big passion of mine. I'm a classically trained singer and will sing any moment possible. I'm not as great as I used to be. I had throat surgery when I was 17 to remove vocal cord nodules, and again when I was 21 to remove the remaining scar tissue. My range got cut in half, but it's not bad. It's a small struggle to relearn my voice since it's changed, but it doesn't make me love singing any less. Because of my musical background, I appreciate all kinds of music. Country, opera, hard rock, screamo even. I love it all. Also a big believer in books and reading; learning. If you've never read a book, odds are we won't have too much in common. But you're more than welcome to try anyways!I love dressing up and getting dolled to the 9s, but I would much rather wear yoga pants or leggings any day. I hate jeans and wearing a bra, but so does every other girl. I feel just as sexy in leggings and a tank top as I do in heels and a dress.I'm looking for someone that I can spend time with, establish a good base and then hopefully a long- Please don't ask why I'm single. I really like culture so I tended to take classes in the humanities. I think learning about other cultures and belief systems is important. Plus it makes travel easier, which I love to do.
