I eventually want to specialize in microbiology and work my way up from there. I just started my clinical rotations at UIC's lab, and it's been great to finally put all of that memorizing and textbook-reading to real-life use!If you like to laugh, have an awesome sense of humor, enjoy the outdoors, and have passion for whatever it is you do in life, who knows? It's activities like that, having stripped away the fancy food and venues, that really allow you to get to know the real person you're with.
